Pricing Errors: 

In the event that a Age-Gevity product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Age-Gevity reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.  Age-Gevity reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.  If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Age-Gevity shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Payment Methods:

Available payment methods will be presented on our website at the time of your purchase.  We accept the following forms of payment, PayPal or credit card as payment in Dollars.

Refunds:

Items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the item being shipped, provided that the wrong product was shipped to the customer.  If the customer receives the correct product/item and wants to return it for any reason, Age-Gevity will accept an unopened return within 14 days and the customer will be responsible for paying for the return shipping.  The customer will be refunded according to the same method of payment that they used.

Age-Gevity supplements uses reasonable endeavors to ensure this website, and any transactions conducted on it, are secure.  However, the Customer acknowledges that the security of information and payments transmitted via the internet can never be entirely secure or error free.  Age-Gevity, supplements will not be liable for any damages suffered due to failure, delay, interception, or manipulation of electronic communications by third parties on any computer programs (e.g. those used for transmission of viruses).
